The short version: Weave keeps everything on your device. It doesn't collect your data, doesn't track you, and doesn't send anything to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics.
This policy applies to the Weave app for iPhone, published by Methodical Enterprises LLC ("we," "us"). By using Weave you agree to this policy.
Nothing. Weave has no user accounts and no backend servers. We never receive your tasks, notes, calendar events, reminders, or any other information. We cannot see how you use the app.
Your tasks, captured notes, preferences, and settings are stored only on your iPhone (in the app's own storage and its preferences). This information never leaves your device except through features of iOS that you control, such as your own iCloud device backup.
Weave can ask permission to read your Calendar and Reminders so it can show them alongside your tasks. When you grant this:
Weave includes a Share extension so you can send text or a web link into Weave from other apps. Anything you share is stored locally on your device and handed to the Weave app the next time you open it. It is not transmitted anywhere.
Weave contains no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and do not track you across apps or websites.
Weave does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It is safe for users of all ages.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control. Deleting the Weave app removes its data from your iPhone. We hold nothing to delete, because we never had it.
