The short version: Lunara keeps your reading on your device. It doesn't collect your data, doesn't track you, and doesn't send anything to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts and no servers.
This policy applies to the Lunara reading-tracker app for iPhone and iPad, published by Methodical Enterprises LLC ("we," "us").
Nothing. Lunara has no user accounts and no backend servers. We never receive your books, reading history, notes, or any information about how you use the app.
Your books, reading progress, notes, and settings are stored only on your device. This information never leaves your device except through features of iOS that you control, such as your own iCloud device backup.
Lunara can ask permission to open your photo library so you can choose a photo to use as a book cover. When you grant this:
Lunara contains no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and do not track you across apps or websites.
Lunara does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It is safe for readers of all ages.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control. Deleting the Lunara app removes its data from your device. We hold nothing to delete, because we never had it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and post the new version here.
